I'm from California. I&#...THIS POST is awesome. I'm from California. I've said "y'all" (and been made fun of) since 6th grade. Also, we used to "barbecue" all the time. Then we moved to Kentucky and my sister-in-law used all these damned words and phrases that made no sense to me, one of which was "grilling out". I've been here two years and about a week or so ago I read a thing about the difference between bbq & grilling out and had a big "OH" moment. Then reading this today (courtesy of Annissa, I think I've just read all of your blog posts actually) I started cracking up. I'll give you your barbecue, I only drink Pepsi (or Mountain Dew), but I will ALWAYS use y'all. Love ya.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
